Who we are and what we do

The Long Eaton Chamber of Trade promotes trading in the Long Eaton area by involving and representing the business community in the economic development of our town.

The Chamber seeks to improve the business climate and customer choice through networking, lobbying and promoting new initiatives and greater activity

We represent businesses of many types and encourage expansion and improvements in businesses. We have an active interest in improving the commercial and general amenities of our town and surrounding areas. We want to see more people in Long Eaton enjoying the local amenities.

Members range from sole traders, new start-ups, family businesses to large organisations – each accessing advice, information, local knowledge and wanting a vibrant contribution to the town's development.

Our Chamber has an excellent, robust relationship with the Council and its staff with all working towards the overall well-being of Long Eaton.
